The MoneyMatters101.com Scholarship Award is available to students attending a college or university in the United States. You must have a minimum 2.3 GPA and submit an essay, maximum of 750 words, which addresses the following question: Are tax rebates really good for the economy or is this just another ploy to take our minds off the real issues facing the country?
