The Create-A-Greeting Card Scholarship Contest is open to high school, college and graduate students in the United States. To enter, you must design a greeting card and submit your work to be judged. Applicants must be 14 years of age or older at the time of entry, unless prohibited by law. In the case of military personnel only, applicants must not have reached their thirty-fifth (35th) birthday by March 16, 2009.
